Administrator Program  

The program requires user ID and password, and user ID must be entered  

This program would be used by an administrator and by team leaders/managers.  

The administrator would be responsible for creating new users (and deleting finishers), and would also allocate accumulated flexi minutes to annual leave (after request from a user).  

Team leaders/managers would use the program only to browse a user's individual records
